Old Tappan Backyard Wedding in North Jersey

old tappan fall september wedding oakes park portraits

When Jackie & Piero had to change their wedding plans due to Covid, Piero’s parents were kind enough to offer up their backyard for Jackie & Piero’s ceremony and reception in Old Tappan, NJ. It worked out perfectly and everyone had such a great time!

After getting ready, Jackie & Piero met up at Oakes Park in Old Tappan for their First Look. They both had such sweet reactions to seeing each other for the first time!!

Jackie’s bouquet was wrapped in fabric from her great-grandmother’s wedding dress – such a great heirloom and “something old”!

Piero and his groomsmen had some fun with these fake mustaches they brought. 😂

After portraits, everyone headed to the groom’s family’s backyard where Jackie’s grandfather Bruce officiated the sweetest ceremony!

Guests mingled and enjoyed some cocktails and food, then headed under the tent for a night of dancing and celebrating.

For dessert, guests were invited to help themselves to an espresso bar, a cookies & milk station, pastries, and a cigar bar.

Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Abballe!!
