I’m always thrilled when a couple requests to do a mountaintop engagement session. When Samantha and Brian asked to have their engagement photos taken at Little Stony Point in Cold Spring, I knew it was going to be a gorgeous shoot, but their lovey-dovey chemistry and glowing smiles (despite the cold wind) made the photos that much more beautiful!

Samantha and Brian met in college in Virginia and found out completely by coincidence that their families live less than an hour away from each other in New York. Their first date was a long drive up to a mountain overlook where they talked and talked for hours. Now, 4+ years later, they live together in Houston with their sweet goldendoodle (Samantha’s twin!) and can’t wait to get married in the spring.

Samantha and Brian are getting married next June at a venue that’s very close to my heart – Paramount Country Club, the same venue where I got married back in 2022! Let the countdown to the wedding day begin!
