Viewing your photos

When all of your photos are ready, I’ll send a link to your gallery! Feel free to share the link with your family, friends, and vendors.

You can scroll through the gallery and view the images as thumbnails, or you can click on the images to view them larger as a slideshow. Just use the arrows to toggle between photos, or use the arrow keys on your keyboard.

The different parts of the day are divided into tabs at the top of the gallery:

Creating a Favorites List

You can click on the heart icon on your favorite photos to create a Favorites List.

Creating a new Favorites List (+ ordering an album)

You can create as many Favorites Lists as you’d like, for any reason you’d like!

If you’re interested in ordering an album, the first step is to select the photos you’d like to include in your album. The easiest way to do this is to create a new list named something like “Album Selections”.

To remove any photos from the Favorites List, click the heart icon again, then click “Remove.”

Any photos selected for the album can also receive extra editing or retouching for free – just let me know what you’d like tweaked! You can add a note on the image by clicking the speech bubble icon and typing your request.

Once you’re done making your selections, just let me know and we’ll get started on your album order!

Downloading the photos

You can download each photo individually, the entire gallery, or a Favorites List using the down arrow icon. Just enter your email address and a .zip file of the photos will be created. (It will take several minutes to generate.) Once it’s ready, open the .zip file and the folder will open on your computer.

Tip: I recommend downloading the photos to your desktop/laptop. Then you can Airdrop or transfer the photos to your phone to post to social media. I do not recommend taking screenshots from the gallery – this results in low resolution photos (not ideal for zooming, cropping, or posting). Following the steps to download the photos through the online gallery will result in the high resolution photos.

Ordering Prints

To order prints, click the shopping bag icon under the photo you’d like to purchase. All of the options for flat prints, canvas prints, and framed prints will be listed. After selecting the photo, you can drag the blue box to adjust to way it will be cropped. If you’d like the photo edited, retouched, or cropped a certain way before purchasing a print, just let me know! Note: Once a print order is placed, I am not able to cancel it on my end. If you’d like any edits, please be sure to reach out to me first!

Fun fact: You can also order cards such as Thank You cards, Save the Dates, and Holiday cards directly through the gallery!
