Destination Wedding Photography

Destination weddings are so beautiful! Due to the time and care that these types of weddings require, I book a very limited number of destination weddings per year. Please answer the below questions about your wedding so I can determine if we're available to shoot at your destination location. Please include as many details as possible and I'll respond with a detailed quote for your wedding coverage, including all travel fees & accommodations. I can’t wait to hear more about your big day and see if we're a good fit!

I also love getting to know more about my couples! I'd love to hear more about you two: how you met, how you got engaged, what you love to do together, etc. (Don't be afraid to be long-winded, I love hearing details!)

I'd love to hear all about your wedding! Please include as much information as possible about your wedding: your venue/location, number of guests, number of people in your bridal party, style, color scheme, your vision for your wedding day, etc.

To estimate the cost of your destination wedding package:

• Calculate the cost of two nights of lodging at your wedding location – the night before and the night of your wedding date.
I always like to arrive the night before your wedding date to make sure I'm on-site and ready to go on the morning of your wedding day.

• Calculate the cost of round trip airfare to your location on your wedding date.
(Arrival date: the night before your wedding. Departure date: the morning after your wedding.)
(If your package includes two photographers, two tickets will be needed.)

• Decide how many hours of coverage you'd like on your wedding day and whether you'd like one or two photographers.

• If your destination is outside of the United States, research whether or not the country requires foreign photographers to apply for a work permit and how much the application and/or permit fees are. If the country's labor laws are very strict, I unfortunately may not be able to photograph your wedding.

The travel/lodging/permit fees will be added on to your total package price.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve the date(s) & coverage.
The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding.

My goal is to get to know my couples throughout the planning process so that I can translate their personalities and vision for their wedding through the photos & video.

Beyond delivering clean, timeless, vibrant photos that my couples and their families will enjoy for many generations, my mission is to make every part of the experience, from the planning process to the wedding day, as seamless and stress-free as possible so that you can relax and soak in every moment of your wedding day, knowing that all of the photography & video details are taken care of.

I limit the number of weddings I shoot each year so that I can give each couple the time, care, and attention that they deserve. My goal is for you to feel like my only clients – if you ever have a question or concern, please know that I’m only a call, text, or email away!
